Here is a list of our more traditional entrees you may choose from. We are dedicated to making your event memorable and delicious. The PLATINUM and GOLD package includes choosing two entree meals. Your guest then will choose one of those entrées for their dinner. You may decide to include a third or more entrée options for an additional charge.

Beef Selections Entrée

(All steaks are cooked to a medium-rare to medium, 135° to 140° or higher)

New York Strip Steak – This steak will melt in your mouth with our very own rub marinade and grilled to perfection.

Trip-Tip – Cooked nice and slow, then served with a delightful, glassed sauce that guests will rave about.

Prime Rib – Oven roasted to perfection! If you want to make a statement this will do it. Served with an au jus sauce and a side of horseradish. (There is an extra cost per guest who chooses the Prime Rib)

Beef Birria – A wonderful traditional Mexican dish, shredded beef immersed in 7 types of dried chili peppers and slowly cooked in an airtight cooking pot.

Beef Fajitas – Strips of skirt steak, served with 3 different types of bell peppers and onions, side of tortillas, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese.


Chicken Selections Entrée

Marinated Grilled Chicken – Marinate with multiple flavorful herbs and spices, then grilled to perfection.

Elegante Catering’s signature Chicken – Generously sized chicken breast cooked in garlic butter, parsley, and Elegante Catering’s signature rub! Served with a white cream of mushroom sauce.

Chicken Alfredo Pasta – Elegante Catering’s signature chicken sliced up and served with a mouth-watering fettuccini pasta tossed in with fresh Al Fredo sauce.

Chicken Cordon Bleu – A traditional wedding dinner chicken breast stuffed with honey ham, Swiss cheese, and breaded.

Chicken Mole – Chicken thighs covered in a rich, thick and dense sauce, made with three types of dried chilies, containing smoky whole spices, Mexican herbs, and lots of dark unsweetened chocolate.

Chicken Fajitas – Strips of chicken breast, served with 3 different types of bell peppers and onions, side of tortillas, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese.


Seafood, Vegetarian, and Vegan Selections Entrée

Honey-Ginger Grilled Salmon – A simple yet impressive plate, with the marinade giving the fish a sweet taste that your guests will go nuts for!

Grilled Tilapia – Marinated with a simple soy sauce and brown sugar, with hints of lemon and garlic. the perfect salty-sweet complement to rich fish fillet

Garlicky Shrimp Alfredo Bake – These shrimps are sauteed in a garlic and butter bath, then are served with our homemade cheese Alfredo sauce.

Shrimp Scampi – A classic buttery and garlic shrimp served on spaghetti that all you’ll guest will love.

Vegetarian Lasagna – A five layered lasagna, filled with ricotta cheese, lots of marinara sauce, yellow squash and green zucchini.

Mushroom Alfredo Pasta – A penne pasta and portobello mushrooms flooded with marinara sauce.

Vegan Squash Spaghetti – Cubed yellow squash and green zucchini served with spaghetti and marinara sauce.
