Elegante Catering is a full service, 24/7 catering company, based out of Redlands, CA. We serve the San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Communication is of the HIGHEST priority here at Elegante Catering. We cater events as low as 80 to up to 400+, we promise to be just a phone call or text away, responding to your needs and any questions you might have. Let us be there for you every step of the way!
What do we specialize in?
Our specialties are American, BBQ, Italian and Mexican Food, yet by any means, will we not let that stop us from listening to what menu you desire. We will have our chef create your dream meal. Our professional team is aware that you might have some guests with different dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and/or allergies that might be worrying you about being able to create the menu of your dreams. Let our courteous team provide you with the option of creating individual meals for those few guests that require a unique menu option.
Whenever possible we prefer to take the kitchen with us to cook and prep everything on site, but we also have the option of taking everything pre-cooked. By using specialized health department approved equipment, we are able to keep everything at a perfect temperature. You can trust that we will deliver the delicious menu you envisioned hot, in a timely and orderly fashion!

Weddings
Elegante Catering strives to make your wedding vision a reality and we are ready and willing to help you out as much, or as little, as you need us to. We understand that this is your day and that you have been visualizing every detail of it for a long time!
We have been catering since 2007, and now averaging 100+ weddings a year! We have been accumulating experience that has allowed us to create pre-determined packages that are simple and cost effective for you. However, any of our packages can be rearranged, custom made or tailored to fit your budget and vision. Nothing is set in stone.
